Due to the development and progress of the times, many enterprises have slowly chosen to embark on the road of internationalization. Since the beginning of the twenty-first century, the process of internationalization has been more and more rapid, and many enterprises are moving towards internationalization. Therefore, how to realize the internationalization of enterprises and how to formulate the business strategy of enterprise globalization are also the problems that many enterprises and scholars often study, and are also good choices for enterprise development. Lenovo Group, as one of the top ten old-brand enterprises in China, belongs to the earliest successful completion. One of the globalized enterprises, and today, it still enjoys a leading position in the world, its globalization strategy is very worthy of our study and reference. Through the analysis of Lenovo Group's internationalization strategy, this paper summarizes the strategies for other enterprises to refer to and the problems they should avoid in the process of internationalization.
