This paper summarizes the basic theory of service-oriented government and e-government, analyses and summarizes the relevant research results at home and abroad, combs the background and development of service-oriented government at home and abroad, compares the differences between E-government and traditional government, and expounds the relationship between service-oriented government and e-government. Taking Danyang City as an example, this paper introduces the specific situation of e-government construction service in Danyang City. Through questionnaire survey, it analyses the views of Danyang citizens on e-government, and takes the construction of E-government in Danyang City as a microcosm of the national e-government construction. This paper puts forward the existing problems in the process of e-government construction, and draws lessons from the excellent experience of e-government construction at home and abroad, and puts forward solutions, including transforming the concept of government, perfecting the supporting safeguard mechanism in many aspects, vigorously promoting the construction of e-government information resources, deepening the application of e-government people's livelihood services, and strengthening the work of information security, etc., hoping to promote the development of The exhibition is helpful.
