Salary management plays an important role in the study of modern management theory. The survival and development of enterprises are closely related to whether they have a sound salary system or not. In modern enterprises, establishing a sound salary system is more conducive to the scientific and rational allocation of labor costs, and more conducive to attracting and retaining talents. The Longying Company is a medical equipment company, which is in the rising stage, but it has lagged behind in salary management, which hinders the current development of the company.The paper will propose a solution strategy based on relevant theoretical knowledge and the actual situation of the company.Based on the theory of human resources management and salary management, and taking Longying Company as a specific case, this paper explores the current situation of Longying Company's salary management from the salary system and structure. Then, with the help of analytic hierarchy process (AHP), through calculation and analysis of important elements, combined with questionnaire survey method, through data processing and analysis, it finds that the main existing problems in Longying Company's remuneration management are: inconsistent salary structure. Finally, combined with the actual situation of the company's salary management, put forward management countermeasures and suggestions from the establishment of people-oriented salary system. It is hoped that the research of this paper can help Longying Company to better carry out salary management, and also provide basis and guidance for similar enterprises to carry out scientific salary management
