For small and medium-sized enterprises, facing strong market competition pressure, improving business strength is the key to the survival of enterprises. It is precisely because SMEs attach too much importance to market competition and neglect the internal management and construction of enterprises, especially the construction of corporate culture, which leads to the internal scattering of sand and affects the sustainable development of enterprises. Yunnan Chadian dairy industry fully seizes the opportunity of dairy market development, opens up the local market to occupy a certain market share, and the business situation is good. However, in the course of investigation, it is found that the cultural construction of Yunnan Chadian dairy industry is seriously inadequate and the cohesion of enterprises is poor. This research takes Chadian dairy industry in Yunnan as the research object, clarifies the concept, connotation and important role of enterprise culture, conducts a self-made questionnaire survey on the current situation of enterprise culture construction in Chadian dairy industry in Yunnan, clarifies the cultural construction mode of Chadian dairy industry in Yunnan, analyses the main problems and reasons, and puts forward the strategies to strengthen the cultural construction of Chadian dairy industry in Yunnan. To provide suggestions for the cultural construction and development of small enterprises and promote the sustainable development of small and medium-sized enterprises.
