In recent years,with the continuous development of market economy,the number and scale of private enterprises continue to increase and exp,occupying an important position in the market economy. However,with the expansion of the scale of private enterprises,many medium-sized private enterprises have encountered difficult problems in the management of the company,in the establishment and implementation of the system is bumpy,hindering the continued development of enterprises. Especially for small and medium-sized enterprises,they are at a disadvantage in the talent competition market,often because of the defects of the promotion system and the salary system,they cannot stay and train good employees,and the perfect performance management system is to stimulate the enthusiasm of employees to work.Release employee energy Therefore,improving the performance management of enterprises is very important to the development of enterprises. Weisette Enterprise is a small and medium-sized enterprise in Yunnan Province,which has been engaged in entity industry for many years. It is a microcosm of most entity enterprises in Yunnan Province.This paper studies its performance management system.For many small and medium-sized entity enterprises in Yunnan Province,performance management has a reference role,and it is of great significance for small and medium-sized enterprises to retain talents. First of all,this paper studies the theory of performance management at home and abroad,analyzes and expounds the problems existing in the compensation management of Wieset enterprise,and aims at the corresponding problems. A solution is put forward to optimize the compensation management of Wessett enterprises and to improve their market competitiveness.
