Then combined with Tencent company itself, through scientific and systematic strategy analysis methods analyze corporate diversification strategy of Tencent. This paper reasonably analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of Tencent's implementation strategy system on its development, and puts forward feasible Suggestions, advantages and disadvantages to provide reference for other Internet companies.
