The core employees of an enterprise are not only one of the important resources of the enterprise, but also a key point of the enterprise's human resource management. The incentive for employees can not only attract employees well, but more importantly, retain the core employees of the enterprise and improve the enthusiasm of employees, which plays an ineffable role in the development of the enterprise. It is very helpful for an enterprise to create its corporate culture if an enterprise can ensure that high-quality employees can stay in the enterprise and continue to work for the enterprise without reservation by effective and positive incentives.
