The automotive parts industry provides basic component support for the automotive industry as a traditional manufacturing industry. With the intensification of reform and opening up, traditional enterprises face fierce competition in the processing and manufacturing of auto parts at home and abroad. This paper mainly studies the production management of Shenyang Jifeng Auto Parts Co., Ltd., which is of great significance to the sustainable development of China's auto parts industry.
This paper mainly summarizes the problems in the production management of Shenyang Jifeng Auto Parts Co., Ltd. through in-depth research on Shenyang Jifeng Auto Parts Co., Ltd. This paper mainly uses the literature research method to conduct research. Through the analysis of domestic and foreign literatures, it summarizes the relevant theories of production operation management which have important guiding significance for this research, and lays the theoretical foundation of this research. This paper mainly analyzes Shenyang Jifeng Automobile. Parts and Components Co., Ltd. in the production management related issues, analysis of its production planning and material requirements planning management, quality management, on-site management, inventory management issues, these issues not only restrict the development of Shenyang Jifeng Auto Parts Co., Ltd. It also reflects the existing problems in the production management of the auto parts industry.
Focusing on the problems in the research, the measures to solve the problem are given. The measures mainly include strengthening production planning and material planning control management, strengthening quality management, strengthening 5S management to ensure safe production, and improving inventory management methods.
