With the rapid development of China's economy, small and medium-sized enterprises have made important contributions to China's economic development. With the continuous reform and development of the economic system, the sales link of the market is very important for SMEs. Salesmen, as the main part of the sales link, have become an important human resource for SMEs. But the salesman job-hopping frequently, for the enterprise, paid the cost of human resources management but did not get the due return, so for the salesman to treat differently, but this kind of treatment, so that the ability of salesman has not been fully developed. Therefore, this paper aims to motivate and pay theory as the basis, and run through the relevant theoretical practice, in view of the problems of sales personnel, put forward some compensation programs and system construction, hoping to better attract enterprises, retain sales personnel, so that their ability to give full play to create better performance for enterprises.
