With the continuous improvement of residents'living standards, residents' demand for food and beverage has become more diversified. More and more social individuals and collectives begin to enter the catering industry, and the number of catering enterprises has been significantly driven. Throughout the development of catering enterprises at this stage, the human resource management ability of catering enterprises is relatively limited, and the problems of high turnover rate, fast turnover rate and unstable staff ranks have become a common phenomenon in catering enterprises. The staff turnover has led to a decline in the overall development level of catering enterprises. Trends, business prospects are very worrying. How to effectively link the loss of personnel is an urgent problem for catering enterprises to solve. Based on this, the article intends to discuss the problem of staff turnover in catering enterprises in China, starting from the current situation of staff turnover in catering enterprises, to explore the causes of staff turnover in catering enterprises, and then put forward strategies to solve the phenomenon of staff turnover in catering enterprises. It is hoped that this study will be helpful for catering enterprises in strengthening the level of human resources management.
