Performance appraisal is one of the important ways of modern human resource management. It has been attached importance to more and more enterprises, but many enterprises are not satisfactory in the process of promoting the performance evaluation. This paper mainly analyzes the problems of the performance evaluation in the practical application.
The full text is divided into four parts. First part of performance assessment of human resources in the theoretical basis, analyzed the meaning and role, the role of performance appraisal are summarized. The second part takes the L company as an example introduces the present situation of L company's performance appraisal and existing problems and on problems has carried on the analysis, analysis of the causes of these problems. The third part according to the corresponding theory and practice proposed the measures and suggestions for improvement. The fourth part is the status of current enterprise performance evaluation mechanism proposed to create new performance assessment approach, to establish a scientific performance evaluation mechanism of innovation of basic ideas.
