In the traditional manufacturing enterprises of our country, the fourth industrial revolution with industrial big data as the core is also gradually developing, constantly showing new technologies, products, services and formats. On the basis of consulting and sorting out the literature about big data, this paper expounds the definition, characteristics, present situation and value of industrial big data, and combined with the problems faced by the transformation, upgrading and business innovation of traditional manufacturing enterprises in China under the new situation, according to the actual needs of the enterprises themselves, puts forward the management transformation mode of "manufacturing Internet of things" and the "manufacturing Internet of things". The two implementation paths of business innovation mode provide countermeasures for enterprises to seek transformation and development and business innovation in the reform wave of "made in China 2025".
