空调器微电脑控制系统

摘  要

    空调器已被越来越多的家庭所应用,它是普及的家用电器,是发展了很多年的老产品,其功能更是日新月异,而对其功能的提高起核心作用的是其控制系统。在这方面各大空调生产企业也进行过很多研究,功能日臻完善。空调器微电脑控制系统的任务是通过89C52的指令并根据房间的温度、室内热交换器温度、室外热交换器温度、压缩机的状态等来控制空调器的运行过程。具体地说,就是控制压缩机、室外风扇、室内风扇、室内风向电机,并将设定温度和房间实际温度用数码管显示出来。另外,系统软件中有过欠、压保护压缩机,其状态也可通过发光二极管指示。软件系统的制冷、睡眠和自动功能子程序模块,主要功能是根据房间温度和设定温度的差值,并综合考虑其他条件,然后对压缩机和室内外风扇的运行状态进行智能控制。同时,在各模块里进行了保护处理。因此该系统具有制冷、睡眠、自动3种工作模式,以及可调室内风速等控制功能;在定时开机时,可根据房间温度作智能判断,自动调整定时开机时间,避免开机时太冷或太热;另外对设定温度和房间温度两种温度值进行同时显示,完善系统保护功能。
微电脑空调控制系统主要由六部分构成:温度检测、温度控制,压缩机、室内、外风扇和压缩机控制电路,室内风向电机的控制,温度指示电路,步进电机控制电路,保护电路。

Abstract:

Air conditioner already more and more family application, it is the household appliances popularized, having developed the old products for a lot of years, its function changes with each passing day especially, and it was its control system that played a key role to the improvement of its function. Every large air conditioner manufacturing enterprise has gone on much research too in this respect, the function is becoming better and approaching perfection day by day. The task of the microcomputer control system of the air conditioner is a order of passing 89C52 and according to the temperature of the room, the temperature of the indoor heat exchanger, the states of the temperature of the outdoor heat exchanger, compressor,etc. come to control the operation course of the air conditioner. Particularly, control compressor, outdoor fan, indoor fan, indoor wind direction electrical machinery, and will establish the temperature and actual temperature of room and in charge of the number to show. In addition, owe, press and protect the compressor in the systems soft ware, its state can be pointed out through LED. Refrigeration, sleep and automatic function subprogram module of the software system, the main function is according to the temperature of the room and difference of establishing temperature, and consider other conditions synthetically, then carry on intellectual control to the operation states of the compressor and internal and external fan of room. Meanwhile, protected dealing with in every module. So this system has refrigeration, sleep, 3 kinds of automatic work patterns, and the adjustable indoor wind speed,etc. control the function; While starting the machine regularly, can do intelligence and judge, adjust the time of starting the machine regularly automatically according to the temperature of the room, it is too cold or too hot while avoiding starting the machine; Show at the same time in establishing two kinds of temperature value of temperature and room temperature in addition, the perfection system protects the function.
The air conditioner control system of the microcomputer is formed by six parts mainly: Temperature measuring, temperature control, compressor, indoor and outdoor fan and compressor control circuit, the control of the electrical machinery of indoor wind direction, temperature points out the circuit, walk into the control circuit of electrical machinery, protect the circuit.
