Abstract
The blast furnace is the core epuipmengt of the ironmaking operation in the modern steel production line,the blast furnace ironmaking operationis a consecution of,large-scale, high temperature processof production ,is a complicated,multivariate and many links controled object, so usually take place to hang material,sprays material in the piping route o travel, a declines a condition of etc. to disorder the phenomenon suddenly for foeecasting and avoiding a heat of condition disorder to wait the problem,this text puts forward the well ventilated sex index numbet of applide blast furnace to judge the method of as heat of conditing ,the well ventilated sex index number of blast furnace is a parameter that can synthesize to reflect a heat of condition to disorder, can quickly,keep the view ,the comprehensive reflection blast furnace a condition.
The instruments used ATmega16L onboard A / D converter channels to achieve the cold wind pressure, the hot blast pressure, the furnace top pressure and cold wind current capacity four way analog acquisition;used PWM waveform produced by ATmega16L internal timing / Counter to achieve the entire differential pressure ,the cold wind flow and the permeability index three-way analog output for recording instruments; realized the cold wind pressure, the hot blast pressure, the furnace top pressure, the cold wind current capacity and the entire differential pressure five group parameter tour demonstration and the fixed-point demonstration by key-elect key’s coordination during demonstration blast furnace permeable index; produced acousto-optics alarm when the permeable index across the upper and lower limits;used RS-485 realizing the communication with the superior computer.
