摘要: 变频调速技术由于其高效、节能、经济等优点,已经成为工农业重要的应用技术。该次设计采用当前流行的新型IGBT-IPM智能功能模块作为核心器件来设计与开发交、直流调速实验系统的驱动电路模板。智能功率模块IPM(Intelligent Power Module)功能完善,可靠性高,具有集成度高、体积小的特点。在有源电力滤波器装置中使用IPM可以简化装置的主电路,提高系统整体可靠性。IPM电路设计主要包括驱动电路部分、缓冲吸收电路部分以及保护电路部分。在研究变频调速系统的基本结构中,对变频调速系统的基本结构,以及如何利用IGBT智能模块IPM实现变频调速主电路的进行了介绍。主电路的基本结构是——交—直—交,采用智能功率模块IPM构成逆变器,因而主电路结构简单易调。主电路主要由整流电路、直流中间电路和逆变电路三部分以及有关的辅助电路组成。交—直变换电路就是整流电路、限流电路和滤波电路,其任务就是把电源的三相交流电变按换成平稳的直流电。直—交变换电路即为逆变电路——三相逆变桥电路。三相逆变桥电路是把直流电变换成频率可调的三相交流电,供电机使用。

Abstract
Because of VVVF technology’s advantages,such as: high efficiency, energy saving , economic and so on. It has become in industrial and agricultural. In this design ,I used the IPM as the an important applications to devise and develop the DC、AC converter experimental system of driver circuit template. A popular new type of intelligent IGBT-IPM as a core module design and development of devices to pay, the governor of the DC drive circuit template.IPM (Intelligent Power Module) has much characteristics. Such as perfect functions, high reliability, high integration, small size and so on. Use With the IPM in the APF device can let the main circuit devices simplify, improve system reliability overall. When we design the IPM circuit ,we should design such main sections:the driving circuit , the buffer and absorption circuit , the protection circuit. In the study of,I introduce the the basic structure of the Frequency Control System, and tell something about how I use intelligent IGBT module IPM to produce the Frequency Control main circuit. The he basic structure of the main circuit is change AC to DC,and chang DC to AC again. By using IPM to constitute inverter machine, the main circuit structure became Simpe and easy to tune. Main circuit mainly make up by the these parts :rectifier circuit, the middle DC circuit and inverter circuit and the others auxiliary circuits., is the rectifier circuit, current limit circuit and filter circuit, their duty is to let the three-phase AC power become to a smooth current DC. The circuit which change DC to AC Straight, is just a inverter circuit —— the three-phase inverter bridge circuit. Three-phase inverter bridge circuit changes DC to be athree-phase AC power which frequence can be adjustable supply ,to serive for the alternating current machine machine.
