This impedance measure analyzer take Soc microcontroller C8051F020 as the core of the control and the data processing, which is composed of the sine signal generator module, the power enlargement module, the impedance survey module, the impedance angle survey module, the network load as well as the man-machine interface module. The 100 - 10 KHz sine signal is generated by AD9851, which drivers the network load after passing the filter, the voltage amplification and the power enlarges module. The impedance survey module is composed of voltage and current metering module, which takes AD637 as the core, which the survey signal is metered in. The impedance angle survey module takes a group of signals from the impedance survey module to the zero detecting module to survey the shift of phase of the signal. The above measurement result which is processed by the microcontroller is shown in the LCD. In order to increase the measuring accuracy, error is distributed rational to each part of electric circuits, which achieves the best survey effect of the electric circuit.
