Title Design For Motor's Intelligent Protection System

Abstract
The there-Phase asynchronous motor has been applied broadly in agriculture、industry and people's everyday lives,however,its probability of occurring fault ranks first in all kind of electric device.With the development of principle on motor protection,the function of most motor's protection system have approached perfection,but these system just serve as a single protection device,and can't connect a network system,which makes the modification of system parameters inconvenience and the implementation of remote network control impossibility.Based on a mass of refercnces,an intelligent protection device of the three-Phase asynchronous motor,with an lntel 8-bit microprocessor 8051 as the control core,is developed.
In this thesis,First the paper introduces current and voltage data acquisition of circuit and the motor 's temperature rise, stall,phase loss, overload, overvoltage and undervoltage,and other common electrical faults are analyzed in detail . a high-reliability implemental method of motor's fault protection is provided according to the features of 8051 microprocessor;the entire circuit diagrams are designed;The system software structure been easy to implement and the motor network system based on RS-232 bus is proposed;some graphics interfaces of the remote network monitor software developed with Visual Basic6.0 are provided.
