Abstract
At present, the water temperature control is used widely. And it has great impact on people's lives. Based on this request and the advantages of SCM(Single-Chip Microcomputer) in temperature measurement and control of the water temperature, this design makes use of SCM and PID algorithm to control water temperature. The system can control the temperature and display the actual temperature of the targeted system. One can charge with the goal of temperature between the 40-90℃ within the arbitrary system and the system can automatically adjust and control the temperature. The system can also adjust the temperature of the control targets to the set temperature in different situations, such as environment changes. The static error of the temperature control will less than 0.5 ℃, and actual error of the displayed calibrated temperature and the actual temperature of the controlled object will less than 1 ℃.
