Abstract
In the recent years, with the appearance of the new power electron apparatus and microprocessor,the accurate asynchronous motor model and all kinds of advanced theories that have resulted in the development of motor control. The motor controller which haves high accuracy and control performance, wide speed regulating range can be possibly realized.
In this paper three phase AC asynchronous motor is the controlled object and is used as the main IGBT power devices regard TMS320LF2407A (16 fixed-Points DSP chip) as the Processor,the design of the inverter main circuit, including the rectifier and inverter part of the design against over voltage and dangerous flow of the protection circuit, completed the preparation of the modulation procedures. And the design of the keyboard and display circuit, completed the data to the main control chip transmission of data exchange.
Introduced a micro controller-based TMS320LF2407A SPWM waveform generator, This method was used SPWM signal stability and accuracy better than analog circuits and the ASIC SPWM signal. SPWM introduced in TMS320LF2407A principle at the core of the control system applications.
