Inventory is an extremely important asset of the enterprise. The situation of inventory management is related to the operation and development of the enterprise. Fuling company is a typical food processing industry in China. This paper starts from the financial report and inventory management of Fuling Company, analyzes the management of the company's inventory from theory and fact, and compares companies with similar situations at home and abroad. Finding the experience worth learning, to see what the Fuling company has to learn from the inventory management of other food processing industries and even other small and medium-sized enterprises, what are the inadequacies that need improvement, and address these shortcomings. Identify the cause and propose countermeasures and recommendations. This paper studies and analyzes the inventory management of Fuling Company.
