With the development of national economy, more and more enterprises are constantly new, and at the same time, the competition among enterprises has intensified. The competition of enterprises has gradually changed from expanding the sales occupation market to the control of internal management, especially financial management, and inventory management is a very important item in financial management. Inventory is a very important part of the current assets of an enterprise. If an enterprise manages the inventory well, it can reduce the inventory, reduce the occupation rate of funds, avoid the inventory backlog, in order to ensure the normal operation of the enterprise, the quality of the inventory management of the enterprise has a direct impact on the survival and development of the enterprise. This paper mainly uses a case study. Taking Yunnan Hongxiang Yantang Pharmaceutical (Group) Co., Ltd. as an example, combining with the relevant knowledge of inventory management, this paper analyzes the proportion of Yantang inventory in current assets, inventory turnover, inventory and financial indicators, analyzes its problems in inventory management, and makes a specific analysis of the problems, and then puts forward countermeasures to solve the problems.
