Since the new century, economic globalization has gone deep into all walks of life. For enterprises, the competition between each other is increasingly fierce. In order to achieve further development and occupy a certain position in the market, we must make full use of resources on the basis of strengthening the evaluation of the enterprise's operating capacity, so that the enterprise's operating capacity has been greatly improved. In the index, we can to enterprise's management level have a general understanding, further grasping of the basic number of the enterprise's capital operation ability, find some problems of the enterprise in the roots, through analysis and research, effective judgment to evaluate enterprise profitability and debt capacity, the final effect on its future development. This paper analyzes the operating capacity of huaneng hydropower, finds out the existing problems, and puts forward countermeasures to solve the problems, so as to ensure the invincible position of the enterprise in the increasingly fierce competitive environment.
