With the rapid development of society, "Internet plus" has become the background of this era and the trend of social development. In recent years, due to the continuous expansion of college enrollment, the number of college graduates is increasing, the employment situation is becoming more and more serious, the job employment is more and more difficult. Therefore, after graduation, many college students directly choose to start their own business, which has become a normal state. By using the advantages of knowledge to carry out their own entrepreneurial projects, college students not only enhance their management ability, but also improve their ability of structure, innovation and overall planning. At present, the most important difficulty for college students to start their own business is the financing problem of starting their own business. Without the support of family economy, it is difficult to raise funds, there is no appropriate channel, and their own credit is not enough, which leads to the difficulty in borrowing. In today's "Internet +" under the big background, appeared a lot of new financing way, although brought convenience to start-up financing, but also spawned many new financing problems: how to use the web to financing, financing ways, how to choose appropriate financing way, the network finance what are the disadvantages, such as how to avoid the risk of a larger. This paper starts from the current situation and financing problems of college students' entrepreneurship, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of new Internet financing methods, analyzes the main factors of new financing problems of college students' entrepreneurship by combining the background of "Internet +", and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and measures.
