This paper selects Hanchen Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., which is a representative enterprise in real estate enterprises, as a typical case analysis. On the basis of analyzing the financial situation and financing status of Hanchen Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., this paper analyzes in detail the risks faced by the enterprise in the process of investment, and puts forward the corresponding effective strategies in view of its problems.
