勐海鼎香茶业有限公司货币资金管理调查分析报告

摘要

随着经济的不断发展，很多企业都开始注意到不断发展和稳固自身是同等重要的。在企业管理中，货币资金的管理非常重要，而内部控制是开展资金管理所要经历的必然程序，因此要对货币资金进行良好的管理，就必须重视其内部控制问题。本文从内控角度出发，基于文献研究法、调查法、对勐海鼎香茶业有限公司展开调查，研究其在货币资金内部控制中存在的问题，并从对其货币资金管理的职务分工、收付内控制度、授权批准控制以及监督制度提出完善建议，以期为企业货币资金管理提供帮助

Abstract

With the continuous development of economy, many enterprises begin to notice that continuous development and self-stabilization are equally important. In business management, the management of monetary funds is very important, and internal control is the necessary procedure to carry out fund management. Therefore, in order to manage monetary funds well, we must attach importance to its internal control. From the point of view of internal control, based on literature research, investigation and investigation, this paper investigates Menghai Dingxiang Tea Co., Ltd., studies the problems existing in the internal control of monetary funds, and puts forward suggestions on the division of duties, the internal control system of receipt and payment, the control of authorization and approval, and the supervision system of monetary funds management, with a view to providing help for the management of monetary funds in enterprises.
