In recent years, sharing economy has developed rapidly and been widely used in various fields. Sharing economy is widely used in the field of transportation, and didi travel is the representative of traffic sharing application. China is changing with each passing day. Under the new industrial state of Internet development under Innovation 2.0, China's sharing economy develops rapidly. From the traditional primary production to the modern social financial transaction, it has been integrated into every field of life, which has an impact on the social economic structure, and has a subtle impact on people's thinking and consumption. Network car rental is born under the influence of sharing economy. We believe that passengers can choose new travel modes in various ways. Although the emergence of online driving provides convenience for citizens to travel, in recent years, there are more and more incidents infringing the rights and interests of passengers in didi travel. Didi tourism platform has been pushed to the forefront of public opinion. Taking Didi's outgoing behavior as an example, this paper puts forward its own management suggestions aiming at the problems existing in the operation of the enterprise, aiming to help the company better solve the existing problems, promote the rapid development of the enterprise, and thus better provide convenience for the majority of consumers.
