With the rapid development of China's economic scale, the operation and development of zizhou rural commercial bank is getting better and better. For example, in the performance appraisal, the financial index of zerozhou rural commercial bank occupies too much proportion in the performance appraisal, and the rural commercial bank does not combine the performance appraisal target with the operation and development strategy of the rural commercial bank. The setting of the performance appraisal target strategy is too short, which restricts the development of the rural commercial bank of zerozhou.
