In our country, with the promotion of the national dual-venture policy, the state has promulgated the corresponding preferential tax policy, increased financial support, strengthened the training of innovative and entrepreneurial talents, encouraged people to start their own businesses, opened the door for the domestic people to invest in the establishment of companies, led the domestic people to embark on the road of entrepreneurship, to a certain extent, solved the problem of employment which was once concerned by the domestic people. Accounting plays an important role in the economic operation of enterprises. Compared with larger enterprises, there are special financial departments to manage them. But for small and medium-sized enterprises, agency bookkeeping company is a good choice. This paper elaborates on the basic theoretical knowledge of agency bookkeeping company, and combines with some basic characteristics and development of current agency bookkeeping company. Taking Qixingguan Xincheng Accounting Service Co., Ltd. as an example, starting from the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the agency bookkeeping company itself and the internal management system of the company, and according to the relevant policies of the government, the company has formulated measures that meet the needs of the company itself and put forward feasible measures to solve some of the current problems of agency bookkeeping.
