With the continuous development of China's economy, people's demand for housing has generally continued to grow. Real estate project management has the characteristics of large investment amount and slow capital recovery, so its investment risk is high. As a capital intensive industry, real estate is in a perfect opportunity, but due to the characteristics of large capital investment and long return cycle, real estate enterprises must pay more attention to preventing investment risk in the daily operation process. As a well-known real estate enterprise in China, Vanke Real estate company is facing a greater financial risk in recent years. Therefore, how to avoid investment risk is the key to Vanke Real estate. In this context, this paper takes Vanke Real estate company as the research object, systematically analyzes and deeply studies how to prevent investment risks, and gives suggestions on its existing financial risks through operation, profit and other indicators.
