As the foundation of national education development,primary and secondary school management has always been attached great importance by the central government,local governments and relevant departments,and financial management,as an important part of primary and secondary school management,is naturally attached great importance.However,from the perspective of the actual work of financial management in primary and secondary schools,there are still many problems in its financial management,especially in township schools.Therefore,in order to make the financial management of township schools more standardized,make them run on the normal track,and improve their quality,it is necessary to carry out research on the financial management of township schools.In this paper,considering the feasibility of the study,we choose Shangri La Hongqi primary school in Diqing Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture as the research object;through the combination of practical investigation and theoretical research,we study the financial management of township primary school.In this paper,first of all,the content and significance of financial management in primary and secondary schools are briefly discussed,so that readers can clearly understand the importance of financial management for primary and secondary school management;then,the financial analysis of Hongqi primary school in Shangri La is carried out,and the problems in financial accounting are found,and then the financial management problems in Hongqi primary school are analyzed.Finally,in order to improve the financial management level of Hongqi primary school and other township primary schools,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
