In the process of operation, the enterprise needs sufficient funds to support it. There are two ways for the enterprise to raise funds, one is to inject funds through the owner's investment, and the other is to borrow funds from financing institutions, that is, to obtain debts. With the growth and development of social market economy, the intensity of economic environment is increasing day by day, and many enterprises choose debt management as their mode of operation. Debt management has two sides. On the one hand, debt can make up for the shortage of operating funds and play a positive " financial leverage effect", on the other hand, debt will bring risks and crises to enterprises. Many enterprises do not have a comprehensive understanding of debt, resulting in their debt exceeding the normal load, exceeding the standard of debt ratio, unable to repay all debts and falling into a vicious circle of debt repayment and refinancing difficulties, yet many enterprises have followed suit. In view of this, this paper takes the real estate enterprise of Biguiyuan as an example to discuss the risks and risk control in debt management.
