B2C e-commerce competition between enterprises is increasingly fierce, the enterprise is based on the root of the e-commerce supply chain management, brand benefit of success or failure, due to supply chain management directly relates to the economic benefits of enterprises.
This paper first introduces the jingdong company's development process and B2C electrical business model, and then analyzes the profit pattern of jingdong, finally the future development direction of jingdong and development potential carries on the forecast. Illustrates the pros and cons of jingdong self-run logistics, and the comparison with amazon. Jingdong's earnings also provided advantage. Describes the background of jingdong development present situation, the model of the jingdong existing electricity suppliers and profitability are analyzed.
