红外遥控温度报警器

摘 要
 随着光电技术的发展,红外线已经被人们运用到各行各业。传统测温仪--如热电偶测温,虽然测量温度范围广、上限值高,但是必须是接触式的。这就造成了许多不便,而且造价高、精度小,使用率很低,已经被逐渐淘汰。而现代测温技术采用非接触式方式,对于距离造成的问题,采用温度补偿,加大了灵活性。由于其非接触,不仅大大延长了使用寿命,而且提高了精度。
 由于红外测温涉及到光学和复杂补偿电路等知识以及高额的费用,我不能完成,而是采用另一种方法。
 主控制器则选用8位AVR型单片机,温度传感器为高精度AD590,通过16位A/D MAX1415 数模转换得到数字量供单片机分析处理;然后单片机通过程序软件运行计算后讲温度值通过12864液晶显示,并在ISD1720语音芯片进行语音播报,同时将分析的数值通过红外发射模块发送出去,从而进行远距离监控。该仪器能够达到0.1摄氏度以内的测量精度,该系统同时设有可矩阵式键盘输入功能,通过红外遥控改变报警上线和下线值模块,语音播报更具人性化,液晶界面友好,拥有扩展功能,是理想的温度监控报警的方案设计。

Abstract
 With the development of photovoltaic technology, infrared has been applied to all walks of life. Traditional thermometer--such as thermocouple, although measurement temperature range, upper value is high, but must be a contact. It creates a lot of inconvenience and the cost is high, Precision is the low,Usage is not frequent, which has been eliminated. Modern temperature adopted a non-contact in the way technology, for the problems caused by distance, using temperature compensation, improved flexibility. Because of its non-contact, not only prolong service life but also improves accuracy.
 As the optical and infrared temperature measurement involves the knowledge of complex compensation circuits, and high costs, I can not be completed, instead of using another method.
 The temperature monitoring system-based single-chip 8-bit AVR-based controller for a high-precision temperature sensor AD590, AD MAX1415 through the 16-bit digital conversion to be for single-chip analysis; and then single-chip analysis by software After calculating the temperature stresses through 12864 LCD, ISD1720 voice chip through the broadcast, at the same time, the analysis of numerical sent through the RF module to facilitate remote monitoring and control people. The system can accurately measure the temperature of 0.1 degrees Celsius, the system can be adopted at the same time with infrared remote control and set the alarm off the value of on-line modules, voice broadcast more humane, user-friendly LCD, but also the expansion of functions, is an ideal Monitor the temperature of the design.
