Abstract
With the future development of electronic systems are increasingly using a variety of bus architecture and multi-microprocessors, logic analyzer also access to test more and deeper storage depth. Tune in the digital circuit testing process, It often need measured multi-channel signal, and analyze the logical relationship between them. If using the ordinary oscilloscope, we can only measure two waveforms, and need measure two-phase two, and then analyze multi-channel waveform in order to obtain t relationship between all logical. That’s very trouble.If using this logic analyzer,we need a high investment, especially in the experimental teaching.
In this paper, as the core MCU and CPLD, we use necessary peripheral circuits to constitute a simple logic analyzer. this paper introduce design the simple functions of logic analyzer system software and hardware components and circuit design method using AT89C52 single-chip,and the main module consist of arbitrary 8-channel digital signal generator which can be set,data acquisition storage circuit, control circuit, and restoring the display circuit. Final design of simple logic analyzer has low prices, and stable performance,.So It has a certain degree of practical value.
