Abstract
With the development of modern electronic technology and control system of the continuous application of various aspects, car performance is greatly improved. A new control function with auto level of ascension and increasing. The traditional control system adopts relays control and independent mode control, this makes the difficulty of wiring and car line overmuch, thus causing serious electromagnetic interference, the system reliability and safety. Because of the fieldbus technology cars, car motor maturation in the control unit is from the traditional centralized control of distributed fieldbus control to harness. Distributed fieldbus control can reduce cost, reduce vehicle wiring, easy control unit and other various motor control unit together to form a comprehensive coordination control system, improve the reliability of the control unit and safety, reducing redundant hardware configuration, resource sharing and information exchange.
The design of the subject is“ based on LIN bus driver seat controller design”. Main content is an electric car seat is designed for automatic control system of the seat, complete hardware circuit controller is designed, and LIN bus agreement standard design software.
