Abstract
With the rapid development of our country’s economy, the accelerated urbanization process and the continuous improvement of people's living standards, the quality of water is getting higher and higher, so we should pay more attention to reduce the cost of water supply systems. Water plant used in the transformation of new techniques, new equipment and more advanced, reliable and efficient means of control has become an inevitable trend. And the PLC for its high reliability, anti-jamming ability, and system configuration flexibility, easy programming, commissioning, maintenance and simple, making it in the water treatment is widely used in automatic control. The design of the graduate research of Schneider Premium Series PLC automatic control system in the application of water works and a brief analysis of the Modbus TCP / IP communications, and describe the working principle. We have introduced the process of water plants, and analyze the PID control algorithm and the improved PID control algorithm based on the actual situation of water plants, and the use of the algorithm to achieve automatic control for each site. We use the Intouch 10.0 software to develop a PC control system.
