Engine Valve top column extrusion die design
[Abstract] Internal combustion engine is to use the fuel directly in the internal combustion machinery, and with working fluid (gas) is doing work to achieve the mechanical state changes. The current power plant construction machinery have gasoline engines, diesel engines, gas turbines and diesel engines. Has a wide range of motor power, noise, pollution, etc, but its scope limited by the power supply, therefore, often little move or move away from short excavator, crane. Gas turbine is characterized by simple structure, small size, light weight, smooth operation, with its power base than gasoline and diesel engines, which is mainly used for air force side. Compared to gasoline and diesel, rose as high power, low noise and vibration, so it is more used in various fields of national economy and become the main driver of construction machinery. Discussed here, this is the widely used gasoline engine valve top column extrusion die design. In the extrusion process is discussed in my cold extrusion. Extrusion is under strong pressure in the mold, forcing a large section of the blanks from the die hole or from the punch and the die gap between the extrusion, which was a small section of the extrusion.
