The Machining Of The Key Parts Of 2.0MW Wind Turbine
Abstract
In the large background of developing wind power,the machining of the key components of wind turbines effect the efficiency of wind power,for example,the machining of the leaves-key componts of the wind power, As a result of its own quality and the size, it often have some difficulty in machining.
This paper describes the key 2.0MW wind turbine components’ production process. The production process includs process planning, fixture design and NC machining program. The entire production process will select the most beneficial machining line based on ensure the quality of the actual processing. The entire production process is virtual designing by the software. The process planning and fixture design is designing in the SolidWorks . The processing is arranging for the machining line of the surfaces machined of the casting parts.In this paper, The fixture designing is designing the fixture which is needed in the machining .The NC programme is simulated in the SL.The author by accessing to a lot of comparative literature and analysis of existing wind turbine at home and abroad processing parts of the foundation, set the 2.0MW wind turbine components’ processing.
