Abstrac
Bearing is a very important industry, machinery parts, use very common and variety, quality and machining precision bearings in relation to the mechanical pr -oduct performance and quality of life and, therefore, all sorts of bearing process- ing quality testing has been bearing manufacturer concern. Now many small bea- ring manufacturer in the detection method in combination with manual and auto- matic, needs a large number of human in the quality inspection, bearings, difficu- lt to ensure 100% inspection. This article mainly from the solution line quality in- spection and sorting bearings, using belt conveyer equipment, through the bearin- gs of machine vision system, thus output bearing analysis results, will eventually use hydraulic device for bearings for sorting, has reached bearing finished with the waste separation.
