摘 要
窗帘是家庭、展览馆、影院、宾馆、会议室、办公室等场合的必备品,但这些场合使用的窗帘基本上是普通的手动窗帘,使用电机驱动的很少见。究其原因,主要是现有的电动窗帘大多是由旋转电机来驱动的,窗帘开合需要一套减速及传动机构,把电机的旋转运动转变为直线运动,这就必然使窗帘架的结构复杂,故障率高,普及受到限制。
直流直线电机自动窗帘是一种利用直线电机直接直线驱动窗帘运行,从而达到自动控制窗帘状态的一种遮阳设备,作为汽车内饰它不但增加了行车舒适度,而且保护了乘客隐私,实现单向透视以外,此外他还可以隔热、阻挡紫外线。无形的增加了驾驶的安全性。有研究表明,在阳光照射下,如果汽车内部温度由25摄氏读增加到35摄氏度,驾驶者的反应速度将下降20%,因此,汽车窗帘对调节车内温度,提高驾驶安全性起到重要作用。各种汽车自动窗帘自投放市场以来,非常受到用户青睐。随着中国汽车产业的快速发展,汽车窗帘在国内的发展将会有非常明朗的前景。
本文研究工作针对对直流直线电机驱动式窗帘设计过程中碰到的主要问题的解决和电机与导轨的一体化设计方案,主要包括以下几个部分:第一章为绪论,着重分析了选题背景和意义,包括本直线电机的性能和优势,以及国内外研究现状。第二章对直流直线电机驱动式窗帘工作原理、结构和基本工作特性进行了大致的介绍第三章为本课题的主体部分,即完成直流直线电机驱动式窗帘设计和搭建,先概述汽车自动窗帘的方案,然后对直流直线电机驱动式窗帘的整体结构设计。

A Design of DC Linear Electric Curtain
Abstract
Curtain is the essential goods for family, exhibition halls, cinemas, hotels, conference rooms, offices and other places.,but these occasionscurtain basically use ordinary curtains,using, motor-driven lessly. The reason is mainly that curtain of motor-driven requair a set of s.low down and drive mechanism.for the motor’s rotary motion into linear motion ,which must make high failure rate and the structure of complex.So its spread is limited.
DC linear motor auto curtain is drived by linear motor ,so as to achieve a state of automatic controling, it can protect passengers in addition to privacy, to achieve a one-way Perspective, in addition to heat insulation and block UV rays. Some research shows that in sunlight, driving the response rate will drop 20 percent, so the car curtains inside temperature regulation and improve driving safety play an important role in . With the rapid development of China's automobile industry, car curtains in the country's development will have a very uncertain future..
This paper aimed to solve the main problems med in design and integration of motor and rail design.The first chapter for the introduction will focus on analyzing the context and meaning of topics, including the automatic car curtain performance and advantages, as well as domestic and foreign research the status quo.

Chapter III of this part is the main topics, namely Automatic curtains completed the design and structures, first outlined the programme of Automatic curtains, and then the DC linear motor driven curtain automatic curtains and the various details of the overall design.
