The designing of the Booster valve cover semi-automatic assembly machine
Abstract
The clutch is one of the main parts of the vehicle chassis. Clutch booster's design aims to reduce the clutch pedal force, to reduce the driver's labor intensity and increase the sensitivity control to ensure road safety. But,At present, the clutch booster is manual assembled, labor intensive, inefficient and the quality is inconsistent.For this issue, the task of designing an facility of the valve seat cover of clutch booster was putted forward to satisfied the company’s urgent need for assembly .
During the designing,I would first used Solidworks software to complete the assembly of parts to be three-dimensional modeling, second advanced the design scheme which was followed the assamby requirement, then designed the various parts of the equipment and complete their three-dimensional modeling.Using the software, it can simulate the assembly process and check the interference of each part on one another. If there is such an interference, there will be an appropriate change made on the actual part. Finally exported assembly drawings and the two-dimensional map of some of the parts .
