Clutch booster is an indispensable part of the car, its main function is to reduce the force of the clutch pedal, to reduce the driver’s labor intensity and increase the control sensitivity to ensure road safety. Now most of the clutch booster assembled manually, it seriously restricted the production rate of clutch booster, cannot meet the high demand for automotive production. This design is for the status design spool automated assembly equipment for the clutch booster manufacturers.
The design started from the structure and characteristics of valve component, fully understand the different parts of the function and appearance, then set design. Cylindrical silo with a cylinder hopper and loading of parts to solve the feeding problem, with the adhesion and capture solutions to the problem of parts reclaiming, electric power cylinder as precise advance, push forward with the cylinder as the driving force. Finally, the design with Solid Works 3D design software to draw into the model, export to AutoCAD drawings .
