摘 要
国内汽车市场迅速发展,而轿车是汽车发展的方向。然而随着汽车保有量的增加,带来的安全问题也越来越引起人们的注意,而制动系统则是汽车主动安全的重要系统之一。因此,如何开发出高性能的制动系统,为安全行驶提供保障是我们要解决的主要问题。盘式制动器作为鼓式制动器的替代产品,具有热稳定性好、反应灵敏等优势,但是盘式制动器本身也存在一些问题,并且鼓式制动器存在的一些问题,虽然盘式制动器有一定程度改善,但并未得到完全解决,如热衰退、制动噪声等。
本设计首先介绍了盘式制动器的设计背景和意义,然后是发展现状和趋势,研究方法。通过对轿车盘式制动器的深入学习和设计实践,主要是对轿车盘式制动器的零部件结构选型及设计计算,更好地学习并掌握盘式制动器的结构原理与设计计算的相关知识和方法。除此之外还介绍了盘式制动器的各种类型,性能等,分析了盘式制动器和摩擦衬片的特性。

The Design and Calculation of Disk Brake
Abstract
The rapid development of the domestic auto market, while the car is the car development. However, with the increase in car ownership has brought the security issues has drawn increasing attention, while the braking system is important in automotive active safety systems in the world. Therefore, how to develop high-performance braking system to provide protection for the safe driving is the main problem to be solved. Disc brake drum brake as an alternative product with good thermal stability, and sensitivity advantages of disc brakes themselves, but there are some problems and some problems drum brake, disc brake although a certain degree improved but have not been fully resolved, such as thermal recession, brake noise.
This paper illustrated disc brake’s development at beginning, then the design’s background, quality and mission. Through the disc brake in-depth study and design practice, mainly for car’s disc brake structure selection and design calculation, can better study and master the disc brake structure and working principle and the related knowledge and methods. Introduce the brake disc’s kind and performance. Analyze the disc brake and rub linings’ behavior.
