Motion modeling and stress analysis of reciprocating compressor
ABSTRACT
In the chemical industry, the compressor is mainly needed for chemical reactions to provide the pressure and compressed gas. Compressor to compress the gas to change its pressure, this process is through its moving parts: pistons, crank, connecting rod etc. to complete the movement, mainly through the suction, compression, exhaust, expansion of four to complete the process, But in the campaign process, the force balance, optimization of the various parts of the compressor directly affect the energy consumption, security, etc.
This thesis focuses on the status of the compressor in the chemical industry, role and influence, through UGNX sets up three-dimensional model of reciprocating compressors; using virtual motion simulation technology to achieve the visualization of the piston motion state; and analysis in the cylinder and piston movement process, the analysis of the piston in the work force caused by the changes, to further understand and calculate the size of the various forces
