Abstract
Linkage is an important automotive engine parts, it is connected to the piston and the crankshaft, its role is to thereciprocating piston movement into rotary movement of thecrankshaft, and the role of the force in the piston to thecrankshaft to the output power. Link at work, in addition to gasproduced by the combustion chamber under pressure, also have toface the vertical and horizontal inertia force. Connecting rod for steel parts, the main part of the crosssection for the round or shaped, both ends have a hole or holeswith needle bearing bronze bushing for the pin into and constitutea hinged axis.
This paper studies the composition of the engine connecting rod and bearing, all parts of the structure and function, and complete the 4102 engine connecting rod and bearing the major components of the analysis and calculation. We mainly connecting rod small end, connecting rod shaft, connecting rod, bearings and other components to design and analyze an example calculation, from the design, structure, size, material selection, stress analysis and other aspects to complete. The same time, the use of AutoCAD and Ansys technology, draw the connecting rod assembly shop drawings, as well as parts diagram and stress distribution.
