Design and Analysis of Special Demoulding Mechanism for the Spiral Chute and it’s mold moulding
ABSTRACT
Analyses the special structure characteristics of the spiral chute, introduce some characteristics of glass reinforced plastic mould,and design a special force transferring and demoulding mechanism depend on these characteristics. This mechanism has a high machining ability and high practical utility, besides, it is designed through a simple and convinient way. Most of the knowledge and imformation about this essay can be found in our undergraduate couses,otherwise, there are some inovations lying in it though it is simple. So, it’s a thesis match the undergraduate students very much. Basing on the analyses of many factors, finally chose the screw-transmission mechanism to be the main part of this design. Screw-transmission is one of the most important mechanical drive which is widely used in many kinds of mechanical equipment. As the screw thread has a complexx space surface, irregularly distributed load and stress concentration will be found along the axis of the screw thread while it is operating, most of the load is undertaken by the first engaged thread, and result in the unbalanced loading situation of the thread engagement. It will decrease the precision of the transmission, damage the screw thread and finally decrease the service time of the screw-transmission. So, in the last of the paper is the analysis of the screw mechanism applied in the demoulding mechanism through the FEM..
