Abstract
In this graduation design, I participate in a project to exploit Master Brake Cylinder Test-bed, which was used to detect seal capability of Master Brake Cylinder in brake system of automobile. We finished construction of the whole system design, and defined structure and spare parts of the hardware system. In this project we built pneumatic structure as the core of machinery parts, and touch screen compose PLC(Programmable Logic Controller) as the central processor.
Under this fixed devices and flow chart which direct us the whole design scheme, we could program to control the other actuators. At last we should debugging the whole system, detect the Master Brake Cylinder in high pressure(each cavity inside the Master Brake Cylinder is 0.5MPa and 0.7MPa), low pressure(140KPa) and end sealing capability(0.5MPa).This Master Brake Cylinder Test-bed can detect seal capability of Master Brake Cylinder in brake system of automobile, times of tests showed the high accuracy and hyper processing speed of this system, reached the requirement of immediate detection.
