Aircraft landing gear mechanism design and safety analysis
Abstract:The landing gear system is the key components of aircraft, whose working performance directly affects the flying security and the performance of aircraft’s take off. Thus, it’s meaningful to study the retraction system. It is very significative in the project for reducing costs of aircraft research and development and improving the performance of the aircraft to analyze the kinematics and dynamics characteristics of aircraft landing gear retraction system by using simulation technology.
This paper took the landing gear system of A320 aircraft as the object to analyze the principle of function and retractable movement; Through the strength calculation of its components, error analysis, to determine the strength whether meet the requirements. Application CATIA established the A320 landing gear for kinematics analysis model based on put CATIA and LMS software, to A320 landing gear for targets dynamics simulation.
