Abstract:Heavy trucks in architecture, mines etc of great demand and heavy-duty truck production efficiency decided market economic benefits.As for car beam frame is the most basic foundation, decided to the body the safety performance. For the domestic car beam processing by a single radial drilling machine, processing modeling efficiency is low, the processing precision low, handling inconvenient. After analysis modeling single radial drilling machine processing faults, for longitudinal design of drilling flip system were improved, through the girders of Desktop cabinet device, only a flip, reducing the installation and positioning the flip loading and unloading car beam, thus reducing the number of repeated loading and unloading and locate the positioning and caused processing error. Not only increase the processing efficiency, but also increased the manufacturers of economic efficiency.
