The graduation design that use hydraulic system and electrical control controls the process of the unloading of the mine skip .Mine loading and unloading device is a main part of the mine's transportation, With the continuous increasing in mine production, ability and reliability of mine loading and unloading device have higher requirements, Pneumatic transmission method has not met their production requirements. So a new type of transmission method will be used in order to improve ability and reliability of loading and unloading device, that is urgent and resolving problem. Since aerodynamic unloading device exists some problems , in order to avoid the shortcomings of pneumatic unloading ,so it use hydraulic system to control the process of the unloading of the mine skip. The system has the advantages: the time of opening and closing the ram door will be effectively controlled、reduce the time of opening and closing ram ,cut the cycle and increases the ability to up grade ,the various components of hydraulic transmission may be flexibility layout; the system adds back-pressure system to reduce impact,Hydraulic system components have a certain protection with a load of pressure on the hydraulic system. Manipulation of effort, control convenient, easily implement automated or remote control., the way reduce the impact and improve the accuracy of the reset through installing the electrical control contact in the unloading and retreat of skip, Hydraulic system has some advantages: stability operating, facilitate adjustment, small noise, small occupy space; simple electrical control and well stability, improving the efficiency of skip.
